Thank you for shopping with Leonida. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our full shipping policy below, especially if your order includes a pre-order item. For now we ship only to Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Swizterland, Belgium, holland, U.K., U.S., Canada.
📦 Order Processing
All in-stock items are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic (U.E.):

Standard Shipping: €5 or Free on orders over €59.
International:
Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location. Customs or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. cost: €10.
⚠️ Address Issues & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Leonida is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once your orders are in the hands of Poste Italiane or BRT, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged package during transit. However we will do our best to assist you in filling a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
